Simple Egg White Breakfast Sandwich
- 1 Arnold Multi-Grain sandwich thins bread
- 3 egg whites
- 1 slice of American cheese or cheddar cheese- broken into small parts
- 2 slices of Ham - Hillshire Farms Honey Ham
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil cooking spray
In a non stick skillet, spray cooking oil and heat skillet.
Remove yolks from eggs, using only the whites.
Pour egg whites to skillet. Allow eggs to cook.
Add American cheese on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lay one slice of ham on each side of bread.
Add cooked eggs onto the ham. Close the sandwich and immediately serve. Enjoy!
