Grilled Lamb Chops with Garlic, Lemon, Wine and Herbs

Lamb Loin Chops grilled with garlic, lemon juice, red wine, and a mixture of herbs make these the most tasty and succulent lamb chops you ever had!

The key to these juicy lamb chops is in the simple marinade. Marinading the lamb loin chops for a few hours or even overnight is the secret to making them so delicious!! Then grill them for a few minutes on both sides.  I used a cast iron grill pan to make these but an outdoor grill works just the same. You can also cooks these lamb chops in the broiler of your oven.

Some of our friends think Italian cooking is difficult or too complex,  and they won't even attempt to make an Italian dish. Well that's not true.  Italian cooking is actually very easy! Through the years we watched our mother use only the simplest ingredients,  the ones that we all have in our pantry.  No need to fuss with alot of ingredients, and that is what makes Italian cooking so easy!

Try them with any of our side dishes like Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, or Roasted Baby Gold and Yukon Potatoes. You can find these recipes and more under our recipe index.  Enjoy!

Remove from refrigerator, allow meat adjust to room temperature, about 15 minutes. Heat cast iron grill pan. Spray with cooking oil to prevent sticking.

Grill lamb chops for about 3 to 4  minutes per side for medium rare, longer for medium to well.
