Fresh Orange Avocado Salsa
Our fresh orange avocado salsa is loaded with chopped fresh oranges, avocados, and tossed with a sweet and zesty dressing. It is simple, refreshing, and delicious-tasting!
This orange based salsa is also great as a condiment to serve over grilled chicken or fish! I made it last week and had some leftovers, so I used my orange avocado salsa as a side with my bake or roast branzino and it was fabulous too!
Salsa is a common condiment in Mexican cuisine, usually served as with tacos or chips. When everyone thinks of a dip like “salsa,” normally what comes to mind is the usual “tomato-based” salsa, like our Simple and Easy Spicy Salsa.
But this one is different! And, it is AMAZING… to say the least!
Reasons to LOVE this orange avocado salsa:
- It’s very light, not heavy.
- It has an amazingly fresh taste in every bite.
- Plus, it’s a great super-snack containing “the avocado.”
- This is a healthy salsa you can serve all year round.
- I love the fact it’s kid-friendly, simple, and refreshing.
- Best of all? It is only 60 calories per serving. (Love that!) 😉
